Lisa hopes to support students, teachers, coaches and staff with the tools they need to be successful in the classroom as well as in athletics, the arts or other extracurricular activities.
A strong supporter of school choice, she hopes to aid in creating an environment that draws students and their families to enroll in the Combs District, as well as bring top educators and other professionals that will strengthen our schools.
Additionally, she hopes to enhance and foster an overall sense of pride in Combs schools throughout our District for students, their families, and the surrounding community.

Lisa has lived in Arizona since 1989, and most recently moved to San Tan Valley with her husband and children.
Living in the rural north area of San Tan Valley, she understands the importance of this area’s way of life and values. Her family runs a small farm with dairy goats, gentled burros, and hens.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing, and is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and is a licensed ham radio technician.
She is a published cookbook author and podcast host, utilizing her skills as a former local DJ and news reporter for several Arizona radio stations.
